Tidy sublet for Mid June-End of July

Hey all :)

I am looking for a place to stay from mid-June to end of July (dates are a little flexible) and am hoping, you'd consider me after my shameless self-advertisement in the following few sentences :D!

A little bit about myself:
I was born in a German small town close to Münster, studied business administration in Mannheim and am now working at a Venture Capital Fund. My focus area here is Climate Tech, which I am deeply passionate about. That is why I will be leaving again for University this summer, to study and research sustainable technologies. Consequently the odd 6 week period.

(rather weird than funny) Fun Fact for sublets of apartments for one person:
I was voted most organised in my friend group for our graduation newspaper, which many people will probably not find cool, but I guess it’s something home owners like to hear ;-)! I enjoy living by myself since, however, in the past, I have often found myself having to clean up after my roommates. So I am hoping to either live alone or move in with people that also value these factors.

Location and Costs:
I work around Rosenthaler Platz and am trying to find something within 20 minutes of that. Preferably on U8 or generally in Mitte, P-Berg, Kreuzberg or Neukölln. Regarding rent, I am hoping to pay less than 700-750€ a month.
If you have several rooms available, I also know of some friends that would be interested to move in with me!
