Wir suchen einen Mieter (d.h. leider keine Paare oder WGPartner) für unsere separate, möblierte Wohnung im Souterrain. Es ist ein ruhiges Haus mit insgesamt 8 Einheiten, wir selber leben auch in dem Haus.
Die Fenster der Wohnung gehen zur Gartenseite raus, d.h. man hat einen schönen grünen Ausblick. Salbei kann direkt aus dem Fenster raus geerntet werden.
Die Wohnung hat einen kleinen Flur, eine Wohnküche, ein Wohn-/Schlafzimmer und ein neues Badezimmer. Die Wohnung ist komplett möbeliert mit Bett, Schrank, Sofa, Sessel, TV, Schreibtisch etc. und die Küche ist gut ausgestattet.
Es ist keine Waschmaschine vorhanden. Ein paar Ubahnstationen entfernt gibt es diverse Waschsalons.

Internet kann vom Mieter beauftragt werden.

Bitte beachten, dass es eine absolute Nichtraucherwohnung ist und Tiere leider nicht erlaubt sind.

Die Vermietung ist ab sofort für 9 Monate möglich. Ein kürzerer Mietzeitraum ist auch denkbar.

Beautiful, quiet, furnished 1 room apartment near FU Dahlem

We are looking for a tenant (i.e. unfortunately no couples or flatmates) for our separate, furnished apartment in the basement. It is a quiet house with a total of 8 units, we also live in the house ourselves.
The windows of the apartment go out to the garden side, i.e. you have a beautiful green view. Sage can be harvested right out the window.
The apartment has a small hallway, an eat-in kitchen, a living/bedroom and a new bathroom. The apartment is fully furnished with a bed, wardrobe, sofa, armchair, TV, desk, etc. and the kitchen is well equipped.

There is no washing machine. There are various laundromats a few subway stops away.

Please note that it is an absolute non-smoking apartment and animals are unfortunately not allowed.

Rental is possible from now on for up to 9 month. A shorter rental period is also possible.
