Veggie Untermiete

Hallo liebe Menschen,

ich brauche eine kleine Auszeit und überlege meine Wohnung für die Zeit zu vermieten. Dies geschieht offiziell in Absprache mit der Gesellschaft.
Ich fahre am 11.11 los und komme am 27.1.24 zurück. Das können wir nochmal absprechen (:
Kaution wären 250€

Das Apartment liegt super ruhig, ich schlafe mit offenem Fenster. Es ist sehr grün in der Umgebung und die S Bahn ist direkt um die Ecke. Trotzdem seid ihr in 3 Stationen am Ostkreuz und mitten in Friedrichshain. :)

Das einzige Manko ist, dass ich kein WLAN habe, da ich mobile Daten nutze. Wenn euch das nichts ausmacht, ist die Wohnung perfekt! :)

Es wäre mir sehr sehr wichtig, dass keine toten Tiere in meiner Wohnung sind, weshalb ich nur vegan oder auch vegetarisch lebende Menschen einladen werde. Bitte schreibt dies in der Nachricht an mich :)

Meine Pflanzen müssten einmal die Woche gegossen werden, aber sie sind leicht zu handhaben, da sie bei mir auch noch überleben :D

i need a little break and I am considering to rent out my apartment. This is officially done, so you can do the Anmeldung. :)
I'll start my journey 11.11 and I'll be back 27.1. We can discuss the dates (:

The apartment is super quiet, I sleep with the windows open. It is very green in the surrounding area and the S Bahn is right around the corner. Nevertheless, you are in 3 stations at Ostkreuz and in the middle of Friedrichshain. :)

The only shortcoming is that I don't have Wi-Fi because I use mobile data. If you don't mind that fact, the apartment is perfect! :)

It would be very important to me that there are no dead animals in my apartment, so I will invite only vegan or vegetarian people. Please write this in the message to me :)

My plants need to be watered once a week but they are easy to handle (:
