Hallo, ich vermiete meine Wohnung für einen kurzen Zeitraum im November (17.11 - 29.11) unter. Es handelt sich um eine frisch renovierte, sehr helle Wohnung mit toller zentraler Lage (direkt am Arkonaplatz).
Die Wohnung wurde erst kürzlich renoviert und verfügt über ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, Küche und Wohnzimmer mit Balkon. Es gibt eine Waschmaschine, schnelles WLAN und einen Fernseher, falls ihr das mögt (auch eine Gitarre). Der Preis beträgt 50 € pro Nacht oder 600 € für den gesamten Zeitraum.

Hello, I’m subletting my flat for a short period during November (17.11 - 29.11). It’s a recently renovated, really bright apartment with a great central location (directly at Arkonaplatz).
The apartment was recently renovated and has a bedroom w/ double bed, kitchen and living room with a balcony. Washing machine, fast wifi and a TV, if that’s what you’re into (also, a guitar). The price is €50 per night, or €600 for the entire period.
Ein Park (Arkonaplatz) mit Freitags- und Sonntagsmärkten liegt direkt vor der Tür, einen Supermarkt ist 4 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Zum Mauerpark sind es 5 Minuten zu Fuß, der Zionskirchplatz ist nur einen Katzensprung entfernt und der Rosenthaler Platz ist zu Fuß zu erreichen. Es herrscht eine sehr ruhige Atmosphäre in der Straße.

There’s a park (Arkonaplatz) with Friday and Sunday markets right at the doorstep, and a supermarket 4 min walk away. It’s a 5 min walk to Mauerpark, a stone’s throw from Zionskirchplatz, and within walking distance to Rosenthaler Platz. There’s a really peaceful atmosphere on the street.
Waschmaschine, schnelles WLAN und ein Fernseher, wenn Sie das mögen (und eine Gitarre). Der Preis beträgt 50 € pro Tag. Wir telefonieren oder treffen uns, um uns erst einmal ein bisschen kennenzulernen.
