Modern Studio Sublet in Wedding

Hi there,
I’m subletting my studio apartment while I’m on vacation, through the whole month of June with possibility to extend till the 15th of July.☀️

The Studio is located in the Campus Viva apartment complex and is just 5 minutes away from the Station Gesundbrunnen that has lots of shops and restaurants nearby.🛍️🛒

The apartment is fully furnished, has a well equipped kitchen with a stove, fridge and even a small oven and a modern bathroom. It is on the ground floor with views of the garden. 🏡

As a bonus, the building provides an array of extras which of course are all included. It has a small gym, a communal lounge (with a foosball table and a tv), a study room, a big garden where you can also grill and a big terrace on the last floor with a great view over the city. A safety guard is also available at night.

There's no washing machine inside the flat but the building has a shared laundry room downstairs with coin-operated washing machines and dryers. 🧺

I would also greatly appreciate it if you could take care of my little plants while I’m away. They are really effortless and I know they’ll appreciate your TLC! 🌱
