- a small balcony where you can smoke if needed
The flat is located near to Boddinstrasse Tube station (U8 line), alongside the Tempelhof disused airport field and the Hasenheide park.
Nearby are numerous good restaurants and cafes on Schillerpromenade/herrfurthstraße, supermarkets, turkish grocer and the unusual antique shops of Flughafen strasse.
To confirm rental, a 150eur deposit is required over paypal
This will be refunded to you within 48hrs of the end of the stay in case of no serious damage to the property

Ich biete eine Ein-Zimmer-Wohnung ausschließlich zu Ihrer Nutzung an, bestehend aus:
- ein großes Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und Sofa
- ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne und Duschvorrichtung + Waschmaschine
- eine Küche mit allem, was Sie zum Kochen benötigen
- einen kleinen Balkon, auf dem Sie bei Bedarf rauchen können
Die Wohnung liegt in der Nähe der U-Bahn-Station Boddinstraße (Linie U8), neben dem ehemaligen Flughafengelände Tempelhof und dem Park Hasenheide.
In der Nähe befinden sich zahlreiche gute Restaurants und Cafés an der Schillerpromenade/Herrfurthstraße, Supermärkte, türkische Lebensmittelgeschäfte und die ungewöhnlichen Antiquitätenläden der Flughafenstraße.
Gesamtkosten: 850 Euro für den Aufenthalt insgesamt, inklusive aller Nebenkosten, TV-Lizenz und Internet
Um die Anmietung zu bestätigen, ist eine Anzahlung von 150 Euro per Paypal erforderlich
Diese wird Ihnen innerhalb von 48 Stunden nach Ende des Aufenthalts zurückerstattet, sofern keine schwerwiegenden Schäden entstanden sind
