Lage:
Die Wohnung befindet sich im zweiten Innenhof einer Nebenstraße von der Seestraße.
Trotz der zentralen Lage ist sie somit sehr ruhig gelegen, so dass sie als perfekter Rückzugsort dient.
Die Verkehrsanbindung ist sehr gut.
Entweder 2min. mit dem Auto bis zur Autobahn Richtung Charlottenburg, oder öffentliche Verkehrsmittel wie die Tram, U6 (U-Seestr.), oder die U9 (U-Amrumer Str.) sind in 5-10 min zu Fuß erreichbar.
Außerdem fahren viele Busse, zum Beispiel der 106, 221, 120, etc..
Des Weiteren ist die Ringbahn über S-Wedding, S-Westhafen oder S-Beusselstraße in jeweils ca. 15min. zu erreichen.
