ich suche ab 24.11. einen Nachmieter für mein Appartment. Es ist mit 17qm recht klein, es ist aber ein großzügiges Bad dabei und im Keller gibt es auch Abstellmöglichkeiten. Durch 2 Fenster im Wohnraum und eins im Bad ist die Wohnung sehr hell.
Es können auch einige Möbel übernommen werden.
Die Lage ist einfach genial. 100m vom Meierteichentfernt, 5 min zum Bultkamppark, ideal für Leute die Stadtnähe suchen aber auch schnell im grünen sein wollen. Bäcker und Kiosk sind um die Ecke, der nächste Supermarkt ist 5 min zu Fuß entfernt, direkt bei der nächsten Straßenbahnhaltestelle (Lange Straße Linie 3)
Am besten meldet ihr euch telefonisch, da mein Computer derzeit defekt ist.
