As I will abroad from mid of May til mid of July I am subletting my cosy and very bright apartment in the city centre of Bochum to a non-smoking person. Within this time frame the dates of stay could be discussed. The flat holds a balcony and is fully furnished/equipped. Ideal occasion for someone who stays in Bochum, temporarily.

Für den Zeitraum von Mitte Mai bis Mitte Juli (genaue Daten können abgesprochen werden) vermiete ich meine schöne und super helle Wohnung im Griesenbruch in Bochum (NR, bevorzugt an weibliche Personen). Die Wohnung hat einen Balkon nach Süden und ist voll möbliert.
Ideal für eine Person, die sich temporär in Bochum aufhält (Job oder Studium) oder neue Bleibe in Bochum und Umgebung sucht.

The apartment is centrally located in Bochum, between city hall and Westpark. The main station and the city centre are just a walk away (10 min), as well as several options of public transport (5min).
The line U35 to Ruhr-University is reachable by a 10 min walk
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral in Bochum, zwischen Rathaus und Westpark. Der Hbf und die Innenstadt sind zu Fuß zu erreichen. Verschiedene Linien (U-Bahn und Bus) sind in unmittelbarer Nähe (5 min). Auch die Haltestelle der U35 in Richtung der Ruhr-UNiversität liegt fußläufig.
