Ich biete Euch meine schöne 1 Zimmer- Wohnung von 20.Oktober bis 20. November (Datum Flexibel) zur Zwischenmiete an. Die Wohnung ist 30 qm Groß, voll möbliert. Und ist super gelegen, in direkter Nähe zur U Bahn - "Plittersdorferstraße".
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch direkt vor der Tür(Rewe, Lidl, DM, Bäcker, etc...)
Es gibt einer kleinen separaten Küche mit Kühlschrank, Kaffee Machine, Herd, und Micro Welle. Und auch natürlich ein Bad
Auch der Bad Godesberger Bahnhof ist in ca. 5 min zu erreichen.
Uni, Telekom, Posttower, DW etc alles in der Nähe
In 15 min ist man mit dem U-Bahn in der Innenstadt, und zur Rheinaue mit dem Rad ist es auch nicht weit.
Restaurants, Kneipe gibt es auch in der Nähe
Da die Wohnung in der Innenhof gelegen ist, ist es schön ruhig.

Die Wohnung besitzt 3 Fenster, was die Wohnung hell und geräumig erscheinen lässt.
