Die helle, schöne Wohnung liegt ideal in Bonn-Beuel Nähe Johanneskrankenhaus, nur etwa 2 Gehminuten vom Rhein, 5 Gehminuten vom Konrad-Adenauer-Platz und 10 Gehminuten vom Bahnhof Beuel entfernt. Neben einem Bad, Küchenzeile und Keller ist auch ein recht geräumiger Balkon mit Süd-West Ausrichtung vorhaben.
Für 400 Euro Monatsmiete (inkl. Strom, Heizung und Wasser) bekommt Ihr außerdem eine Waschmaschine, ein Bett und ein Sitzgelegenheitsmöbel am Fenster.
Mietdauer wäre vom 10.04.2017 bis 31.12.2017, eventuell besteht die Option die Wohnung im Anschluss zu übernehmen.
