Kleine Küche, aber hat alles was man braucht (außer Spühlmaschine) ;)

Stellplatz für Fahrrad im Keller (ca 5 Treppenstufen)
Vermieter wohnt direkt im Haus - sind aber sehr nett und hilfsbereit!

3. Reihe zum Rhein - in 5 Minuten ist man dort:)
Bushaltestelle nur 2 Minuten entfernt.
Konrad Adenauer Platz ca 10min zu Fuß.
Bahnhaltestelle Bonn Beuel ebenfalls 10min zu Fuß.
Sehr gute Anbindung zur Autobahn. Parkplätze kein Problem.
Ins Stadtzentrum mit dem Rad in 10 Minuten.
Die Waschmaschine im Keller müsste beim Einzug übernommen werden. Es ist eine Miele die problemlos funktioniert (schon seit Jahren ;)

Der Tisch in der Küche bleibt ebenfalls dort. Er gehört den Vermieter und damit zur Wohnung. Kann kostenlos übernommen werden.
Außerden müsste das Regal im Flur übernommen werden - 60€ VB.
