Beuel-Mitte ist ein super zentraler und sehr lebenswerter Stadtteil Bonns. Man kann alle alltäglichen Besorgungen zu Fuß erledigen. Auf der gleichen Straße wie die Wohnung gibt es einen Aldi, einen Bio-Markt und eine Straße weiter ist die Haupteinkaufsstraße Beuels mit einem DM, Tchibo, Rewe, mehreren Bäckern, Apotheken, Restaurants und vielen weiteren Geschäften. In ca. 5 Minuten ist man am wunderschönen Beueler Rheinufer oder am Konrad-Adenauer-Platz. Ab hier fahren auch zig Busse und zwei Straßen-/U-Bahnlinien. Oder man läuft einfach von hier 10 Minuten zu Fuß über die Kennedy-Brücke in das Bonner Stadtzentrum. Ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß von der Wohnung ist auch der Beueler Bahnhof, wo IC, RE und S-Bahnen Richtung Köln-Deutz (ca. 30 Minuten), -Flughafen oder Koblenz fahren.

The centre of Beuel is a super central, very livable and vibrant part of Bonn. You can do all your daily errands easily on foot. On the same street of the apartment there is an Aldi (grocery store) and an organic market. One street further is the main shopping street of the area, Beuel, with drug stores, further grocery stores, several bakeries, pharmacies, banks, restaurants, and many others.... In about 5 minutes you are at the beautiful riverside of Beuel. Same distance to Konrad-Adenauer-Square. From here, there are also several bus lines and two tram/underground lines (62 and 66). Instead of taking a bus or tram, you could also walk over the Kennedy Bridge to the city centre of Bonn in about 10 minutes. The Bonn Beul train station is also about 10 minutes walk from the apartment where IC, RE and S-Bahn trains go to Cologne-Deutz (about 30 minutes), -airport, or to Koblenz.

Ich mache ein Auslandssemester und möchte lediglich meine laufenden Kosten der Wohnung für den Zeitraum decken. D.h. zum einem, dass die 134€ decken zusätzlich zu regulären Nebenkosten - wie Heizkosten - auch den monatlichen Abschlag für den Stromvertrag und die Kosten für den Internetvertrag. Ich verlange keinen Euro mehr.
Zum anderen möchte ich die Wohnung für den gesamten Zeitraum untervermieten. Die Wohnung ist nicht vor dem 14. Februar, nicht nach dem 1. Juli und auch nicht für einen Teilzeitraum dazwischen verfügbar. Insgesamt wären es also 4 1/2 Monate.
Außerdem wird nur an NichtraucherInnen vermietet, Haustiere sind nicht gestattet.

I am doing a semester abroad and would like to cover only my ongoing costs of the apartment for that period. I.e. the 134€ cover also electricity and internet which is normally excluded. I am making no profit at this price and charging no more than I face of ongoing costs.
I want to rent the apartment for the entire period (4.5 months). I.e. it is not prior to the 14th of February or later than the 1st July available. Rent for part of the period is also not possible.
Also, smoking and pets are not allowed.
