Hallo, ich suche eine/n Nachmieter/Inn für meine 1 Zimmer Wohnung direkt am Bonner Bahnhof. Die Bilder sind aus dem Internet von der Website unseres Managements. Die Wohnung ist perfekt für Studenten geeignet. Das ganze Gebäude ist renoviert und wird noch renoviert. Direkt unten im Gebäude ist ein neues leckeres Restaurant eröffnet wurden. Der Lidl ist zu Fuß 3 min entfernt und hat jeden Tag einschließlich sonntags geöffnet. Schreibt mir gerne wenn ihr Interesse habt. Falls ihr mehr Einblicke wollt geht auf die Website „home&co“ da findet ihr alles :)
Die Wohnung befindet sich direkt neben dem Bonner Bahnhof und somit ist jedes ziel schnell erreicht. Wir haben ausserdem jede menge Kiosk und fastfood resaturants direkt vor der Nase und nicht zu vergessen direkt ein tolles restaurant im Gebäude. Ein gym ist auch direkt um die Ecke und ist Fußläufig in 3-4 minuten zu erreichen. Der Lidl der direkt im Bahnhof ist hat Sogar Sonntags geöffnet. Die Wohnung hat wirklich die perfekte lage und es fehlt nichts. Ausserdem bekommen wir in naher zukunft ein eigenes Gym einen gemeinschaftsraum und vieles mehr.
