Rom Hof is well located 3 min by by train to reach the HBF(S23) and it is surrounded by several supermarkts and pubs.
In the building there is also a recreation and fitness room, a huge kitchen room with BBQ place for nice parties!!
Moreover there is a private parking and a bicycles room.

Supermarkts (Lidl, Aldi, Edeka) sind 5 Minuten zu Fuss; mit der Linie S23 ist man in 3 Min. in der Stadt (Hbf).
Im Haus gibt es auch einen Fitnessraum , Waschkueche, Küche, Grillplatz für schöne Parteien !!
Außerdem gibt es einen privaten Parkplatz und ein Fahrradkeller.
Die monatliche Warmmiete für das Zimmer ist 382 €. Kaution: 780€.
