Ich suche einen Nachmieter für mein Studio Apartment im Staytoo Studentenwohnheim ab dem 15.02.2023. Die Adresse ist Rochusstr 65. Im Studentenwohnheim steht ein Fitnessraum, ein Waschraum, Gemeinschaftsraum mit Tischtennis und Kika und eine große Gemeinschaftsküche für Mitbenutzung bereit. Zum Apartment gehört eine voll eingerichtete eigene Pantryküche (mit Keramik Kochfeld) und ein eigenes modernes Badezimmer. Das Apartment befindet sich auf der oberen Etage und verfügt auch über ein Balkon zum Süden ausgerichtet. Das Zimmer ist cca. 24qm und ist vollständig möbliert. Bei Bedarf kann man auch ein Tiefgaragenstellplatz zumieten. Die Miete beträgt 729€/Monat, all inklusive Heizkosten, Warmwasser Strom und Internet. Das Studentenwohnheim ist sehr international, man kann einfach Freundschaften schließen, was auch ideal für Erasmus Studenten ist. Kaution ist 1731€ und es gibt ein Beitragsgebühr von 440€ (muss nur einmal gezahlt werden).

I am looking for a new tenant for my studio apartment in staytoo dorm starting from the 15.02.23. The address is Rochusstr 65. There is a Fitnessstudio, washing room, common room and a big shared kitchen in the dorm. The apartment has it‘s own pantry kitchen and own modern bathroom. The apartment is on the 4th floor and has a balcony faced south. The room is ca 24 sqm and is fully furnished. If needed you can rent a parking space monthly in the garage. The rent is 729€/month, all inclusive (heating costs, warm water, electricity and internet). The dorm is very international, you can make friends really easily, so it is ideal for Erasmus Students. The security deposit is 1731€ and there is a one time entry fee of 440€.
