I am moving out of my apartment in a new building almost in the heart of Bonn.
The place is spacious, bright and clean. The furniture is modern and consists of a bed, a desk and a chair, wardrobe and a full furnitured kitchen. The bathroom has a shower, no tub.
The building has elevator and a shared study room. it also has a laudry room, where you need to donwload an app and can book a machine from your phone and pay there as well (2,80 each laundry machine).
Unfortunately, no pets allowed.
You need to be a student or an intern to move in. There is a fee of 180 euros to move because of the contract, but that could be negotiable.
The location is a 15-minute walk from the city center and a 6-minute bus ride.
A bakery, 4 supermarkets (Aldi, Lidl, Edeka and Rewe), gym, Bauhaus and DM are from 1 to 7-min walk from the apartment.
A bus stop is 4 minutes away and all buses arrive in the city center.
