Clean and bright student apartment in a dormitory.
Because it's a student dormitory, registration (anmeldung) is NOT possible.
I'm renting it out only until 27th of March, because my contract finishes at the end of the month and I will still need to thoroughly clean before the end of my contract. But we can discuss it. Please note that it's available also only from 3rd.

- Newly renovated, the furniture is 3 years old. But the closet is a little broken, one of the doors doesn't close completely
- The neighborhood is quiet, residential and close to nature (fields in 5 minutes walk)
- However, the bus stop is just 3 minutes away. The 610/611 buses go each 10 minutes. The ride to center (central station) takes 10 minutes.
- The chemistry and pharmacy Uni Bonn campus is in 7 minutes walk
- There is a nice little running park on the way to the campus, though you can also run in the fields
- Right in front of the dorm there is Uni Bonn and Max Plank astronomy buildings
- Meteorology and Agriculture campuses are also nearby
- 15 minutes walk to the Computer Science and Mathematics campuses
- No extra costs, even the unlimited usage of the washing machine (in the next building's basement)
- Fast internet 300 mbps down / 390 mbps up (bye bye slow German internet)
- Small garden where you can do sports and sit outside
- Basement for bicycle storage
