Die Wohnung liegt im hübschen Stadtteil Endenich, direkt am Meßdorfer Feld und in Fußentfernung zu Fitnessstudio, Supermärkten und der Endenicher „Innenstadt“.
Die 500€ Miete gelten für die Wohnung inklusive aller Nebenkosten, außer WLAN.
Im Flur gibt es einen kleinen Klapptisch, den ich für 10€ gern dort hängen lassen würde. Als erweiterte Arbeitsplatte war er immer sehr hilfreich! :)
Die Lage ist, wie oben beschrieben, wirklich toll. Ich habe mich dort immer sehr wohl gefühlt und es leben hier auch viele andere Studierende. Man ist gut angebunden an Stadtzentrum, Bahnhof und Uni.
