Die Wohnung befindet sich in der
Ippendorfer Allee 36
53127 Bonn- Ippendorf.
Die Wohnung ist 21,7m² groß und besteht aus
1 Wohn-/Schlaf-/Esszimmer mit Kochzeile (Kühlschrank, Spüle, Herd)
1 Flur
1 Bad (Badewanne mit Duschvorhang).
Das Appartement befindet sich im EG des Hauses und wurde im Sommer 2011 komplett renoviert.
Die monatliche Miete beträgt 198,00€ zusätzlich 80,00€ Nebenkostenpauschale.
Gerne würde ich an den Nachmieter meine Möbel weiterverkaufen; sie sind in sehr gutem Zustand.
Es handelt sich hierbei größtenteils um weiße Ikea-Möbel.
Auf Anfrage verschicke ich auch gerne Fotos per Mail.
Zum Hauptbahnhof(Colmantstraße) sind es mit dem Bus nur ca. 10 Minuten, die Bushaltestelle „Kreuzberg“ befindet sich direkt vor der Haustür. Ein Bus fährt tagsüber jede 10 Minuten (Linien 602 und 603).
