Biete hier meine Wohnung für 2.5 Monate zur Zwischenmiete an, vorzugsweise an Famulanten oder PJler, da die Wohnung sehr gut an die Uniklinik angebunden ist. Sie ist in der 3. Etage und im Dachgeschoss, und verfügt über einen netten Balkon.
Ich habe leider ! keine Waschmaschine und auch keine Spülmaschine !
Waschsalons sind aber auch ohne Probleme erreichbar.
Die Warmmiete beträgt inkl. Strom,Wasser,Wlan etc. 580€.
Großer Parkplatz vor der Tür, zu Fuß ca 8 Minuten zu Rewe/DM/Lidl, Bus und Bahn sind jeweils 3 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt (Linie 61,62,600,634).
Es ist super ruhig, also auch gut zum lernen geeignet falls der Bedarf besteht. Die Nachbarn sind wahnsinnig entspannt was Lautstärke etc angeht :)
Die Besichtigung kann auch gerne per Facetime durchgeführt werden, ich bin da sehr flexibel. Ansonsten auch persönlich :)
