I have a 2-room apartment available (1 living room with kitchen, 1 bedroom) that I will not be using for five unconsecutive weeks. I am away on work travel in the middle of September and in the end of September, so I would like to offer my apartment to someone who needs temporary housing for, e.g., searching for a new apartment in Bonn or who is finishing up their studies in September. I will be at the apartment on one day to accept furniture from Ikea, but other than that day, you will have the apartment all to yourself. The apartment is furnished, and you are free to sleep on my couch that turns into a bed (in the living room) if you cannot bring a bed of your own.
My two-room apartment is located in the Kessenich area, close to the border with Südstadt where there are many beautiful Gründerzeithaüser. The balcony of the apartment has a beautiful view of the Venusberg, some old houses on the street, the Post Tower, and part of the Siebengebirge.
The apartment is very well located. You can catch the 61 and 62 trams from the Bonn, Haus der Jugend tram stop. There is one tram every ten minutes. You can also reach the apartment via the 631 bus (Bonn, Kessenich Markusplatz stop), the 610 and 611 buses (Bonn, Gronau Bundeskanzlerplatz stop), and the (phone number hidden) tram/U-Bahn (Gronau Heussallee/Museumsmeile stop). At night, there are two Nachtbus (night bus) stops for buses N3 and N7 nearby.
The apartment is close to several grocery stores, including Rewe and Lidl.
A little about myself: I am a PhD student in science at Universität Bonn. For most of September, I will be away for my PhD studies. I will be at the apartment a couple of days to move new furniture in, accept furniture deliveries from Ikea, and in between work travel. Other than that,it will be as if the apartment is your own, and I will stay at my boyfriend's place most of the time. I am a friendly, responsible, clean, and quiet girl, and I am looking for someone who is also responsible, clean, quiet, and has no unusual hobbies (and preferably also friendly).
