Die Wohnung kann vollmöbliert gemietet werden und befindet sich auf der 1. Etage eines Mehrfamilienhauses. Es gibt einen großen Balkon mit Hochbeeten um Pflanzen zu züchten. Genug Platz bietet auch der Abstellraum, welcher sich auf der selben Etage befindet, er ist ca. 10 qm groß. Die Küche ist komplett mit Geschirr und Besteck ausgstatted. Ein getrennter Raum für die Waschmaschine und das Trocknen von Kleidung teilen sich 4 Parteien.
In English: The apartment can be rented fully funished and is on the first floor of an apartment building. There is a large balcony with a raised flower bed at the front. There is a separate storage room on the same floor of approximately 8-10 square metres of space. The kitchen is fully equipped with cutlery and utensils. There is a separate room for the washing machine and space for drying clothes which is shared with the four flats on the same floor.
Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig und zentral gelegen am Rande der Poppelsdorfer "Flaniermeile." Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie Restaurants und Bars sind in fünf Gehminuten zu erriechen. Die Bonner Innenstadt erreicht man in ca. 10 Minuten auf dem Rad oder 20 Minuten zu Fuß. Busverbindungen sind auch vorhanden.
In English: The apartment is quiet and located on the edge of Poppelsdorf, where shops restaurants and bars are only five minutes walk away. The city centre of Bonn is about 10 minutes cycle or 20 minutes on foot. Bus services to the centre also run regularly.
Besichtung sind nach Absprache ganztäig sowohl unter der Woche als auch am Wochende möglich.
Mein deutsch ist nicht das Beste, deshalb wäre es gut wenn du englisch sprechen kannst. Ich kann aber auch einen Freund der gut deutsch spricht mitbringen, wenn du glaubst das es nötig ist.
In English: The flat can be viewed both during the week and weekend (I work close by so can meet during the day if required). My German is not very good but I can arrange to bring a friend who speaks good German with me if needed.
