Auf zeit mieten auch möglich
Die Wohnung gibt eigene kleine Küche (siehe Fotos) ABER!!!! für die WC muss mit andere 2 Studenten teilen (die sind sauber und unkompliziet). Die ist möblierte Wohnung (Fernseher, schreibtisch, einzelbett, nachttisch, 2 Kleiderschränke, Geschirr-Besteck und Ventilator für Sommer). Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und kann Englisch sprechen. Das ist sehr gut für Ausländern ;)
€350 Warmmiete pro Monat

The room has small kitchen like in the Photo BUT!!! you have to share the toilet with other 2 students (they are clean and umcomplicated). It is a full-furnished room with TV, writing table, single bed, 2 wardrobe, cooking equipments and fan for summer). Landlord is very nice and helpful and most important he can speak english. That is good for foreigner like us ;)
€350 per month all inclusive
