Da es mich beruflich aus Bonn wegzieht, suche ich eine_n Nachmieter_in für meine Wohnung. Die 1-Zimmer Wohnung im zweiten Stock hat eine separater Küche und ein extra Badezimmer. Wie es sich für einen Altbau gehört wirst du dich über 3,50m hohe Decken freuen können, durch den Erker ist es außerdem schön hell.
Die Wohnung ist bereits voll möbliert, es findet sich aber bestimmt noch ein Platz, wenn du ein persönliches Möbelstück mitbringen willst.
Mitten in einer ruhigen Wohnstraße liegt der schöne Altbau. Alles was du zum Leben brauchst ist fußläufig erreichbar. Ob Bäcker, Bus, Restaurants,Supermärkte oder die gute Autobahnanbindung, die Lage lässt keine Wünsche offen.
Der Vertrag wird zunächst für 2 Jahre als Untermietvertrag ausgestellt. In Absprache mit der Vermieterin ist eine Verlängerung aber möglich.
Da die anderen Mieter im Haus es gerne ruhig haben, wäre es toll, wenn du bereits berufstätig wärst.
