Geräte: ein Kühlschrank, ein Elektroherd. Auf Wunsch verkaufe ich auch gerne meine eigene Mikrowelle und einen Wasserkocher gegen eine kleine Gebühr.
Wasser (warm und kalt) sowie Heizung sind in der Miete enthalten (410 Euro). Strom und Internet sind nicht (die Kosten hängen von der Nutzung ab. Für mich sind die etwa 40 Euro pro Monat).

A nice, cozy 1-room apartment is available from June 1. Separate bathroom, kitchen in the main room ("Kochnische").
Partly furnished: a high bed, a wardrobe, a cupboard, a kitchen shelf, a dining table. If desired, the landlord also offers a sofa, a desk and some other minor furniture.
Appliances: a fridge, an electric stove. If desired, I will also happily sell my own microwave and electric kettle for a small payment.
Water (warm and cold) as well as heating are included in rent (410 Euro). Electricity and the Internet are not (the cost depends on the usage. For me it is about 40 Euro per month).
Tolle Lage! Die Wohnung ist ca. 15 Minuten (zu Fuß) vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt. Etwa das gleiche vom Post Tower - ideal für Leute, die an der Universität arbeiten / studieren oder bei DHL arbeiten.
Die Buslinie 600 sowie die Straßenbahnlinien 61 und 62 befinden sich in der Nähe.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten: Rewe, Penny, Edeka. Viele tolle Restaurants und Cafés in der Nähe.
Insgesamt ruhige und angenehme Nachbarschaft.

Great location! The apartment is approximately 15 minutes away (on foot) from the central station. About the same from the Post Tower -- ideal for people working / studying at the university or working at the DHL.
Bus line 600 as well as tram line 61 and 62 are nearby.
Shopping opportunities: Rewe, Penny, Edeka. Many great restaurants and cafes nearby.
Overall, quiet and pleasant neighborhood.
