Small but nice. I am offering my fully furnished 1, 5 room apartment. It has about 35m2. I rent the apartment with all the furniture that is in it. Everything from dishwasher to washing machine, TV, bed, sofa and desk. We are happy to negotiate about the contents of the drawers and the small electrical appliances such as toasters and kettles.

Von Spülmaschine über Waschmaschine, TV, Bett, Sofa und Schreibtisch alles schon drin. Über den Inhalt der Schubladen und die kleinen Elektrogeräte wie Toaster und Wasserkocher können wir gerne verhandeln.

Den sehr großen und gemütlichen Garten teile ich mir mit meiner Nachbarin. Durch die gemeinsame Gartennutzung sind wir zu einer Art von „WG“ in getrennten Wohnungen geworden. Um Kosten zu sparen, teilen wir uns das Internet und den Briefkasten.
Die neue Mieter*in muss daher zu uns beiden passen.
Wir würden uns gerne vor Mietvertragsunterzeichnug mit dir auf einen Kaffee treffen.
