Apartment is fully furnished (by my furniture currently). The location is absolutely amazing. Apartment is right next to Hofgarten.
I am moving out in a week. However I have 3 months notice period.
Thus there are two possibilities:
a. Temporary arrangement : 3 months
The rent I mentioned here includes everything and is less than what I pay. This is just for temporary arrangement. You can use the furniture.
b. Permanent arrangement : For that it needs to be discussed with the landlord (I can just refer you). Landlord would like to paint it and add some furniture. It is needed as I stayed here for some years :). Also the move in date for that scenario would be little later. IMPORTANT: Rent here would also be different and needs to be confirmed with landlord (landlord is quite nice and fair)
Apartment is on street of Adenauerallee. Very close to the Bonn city center. Landesbibliothek, hofgarten and rhine are just a few steps away. Juridicum is the closest tram station. City center is 5 minutes walk, river rhine is 2 minutes walk and bonn hbf is 10 min walk. Closest grocery shop is rewe.
Kitchen belongs to the apartment.
