Hello My room is available from 1st April 2017 to 30th June 2017. The student residence Tabu II is located in the district of Tannenbusch close to Tannenbusch Center. It is by public transport very well connected to the city center of Bonn: The subway is just an six minute drive time, the main university building.
The room is fully equipped with furniture and of course high speed Internet. As I live in here, my furniture will be in the room that you can use, for example: my refrigerators and other things. Of course I will make empty and clean some places so that you can put your stuffs.
The rent price is including all of the utility cost, in total the room rent is 250 euro per month and additional 100 euro caution money. At the end of your stay you will get
back the caution money if everything in room remains same as it was provided to you. Room rent and caution money should be payed in advance (1st month: 350 Euro, 2nd month: 250 and 3rd month: 250).
The student residence Tannenbusch II is located in the district of Tannenbusch close to the Tannenbusch center. It is by public transport (Bus and tram) very well connected to the city center of Bonn, just 7 min driving distance to Bonn Hbf. The subway is at just six minute driving distance.
