ich suche einen Nachmieter für mein kleines aber feines Apartment inmitten der Bonner Altstadt (Kirschblüte). Trotz dessen, dass es „nur“ 18qm sind, ist die Aufteilung perfekt. Durch die Empore und das Hochbett bietet das Apartment noch genug Platz zum verstauen.
Die Lage des Apartments ist Traumhaft für Studenten. Der Bonner Hauptbahnhof ist in 12Min fußläufig erreichbar, eine weitere Haltestelle sowie die Bonner Innenstadt sind in 5min zu Fuß erreichbar.
Des Weiteren bietet die Umgebung mehrere Bars und Lokalitäten an.
Ein Rewe sowie eine Wäscherei befinden sich ebenfalls im direkten Umfeld.
Als Nachmieter für das Haus suchen wir Ausschließlich eine/-n Studentin/Student.
Die Atmosphäre im Haus ist durchweg entspannt und harmonisch, worauf ein großer Wert gelegt wird.
Bei Bedarf können auch einzelne Möbel übernommen werden.
Anfragen werden nur beantwortet, wenn eine kurze Vorstellung enthalten ist.
