This comfortable and spacious one-room apartment is available for rent from Jan 1 2024 - 31 May 2024 as I will be working abroad for these months. I'd like someone uncomplicated, responsible and clean to take over the apartment while I am gone!
The apartment is located in the ground floor of the building, and has a kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. I will leave behind most of the furnitures that can be seen in the pictures (sofa, bed, wardrobe, table, computer screen can also be left if needed). Since I am leaving behind furniture, I will collect a one-month deposit, that I will return once I have checked everything when I am back and that it is still in a good state. The kitchen is seperate from the bedroom, and is also well-equiped, with lots of cultery, stoves, microwave, oven and fridge. There is a communal washing machine in the basement, which you can use with a fee.
Since I will be living in Bonn till the end of December, I would be more than happy to provide a tour of the apartment for anyone that is very interested in renting the apartment and we can further discuss the best way to help you move in.

The apartment is near Wilhelmsplatz and walking distance to Altstadt and city center. It is a super convenient location for most transit connections you might need.
Only a 10-15 minute with public transit to the Hauptbahnhof with multiple connections available.
There is a Netto in the immediate vicinity and a Rewe a couple blocks away.
Since I will be living in Bonn till the end of December, I would be more than happy to provide a tour of the apartment for anyone that is very interested in renting the apartment and we can further discuss the best way to help you move in.
