Ich suche ab 1. Juli einen Nachmieter für meine Altbauwohnung im Zentrum von Bonn.
Die Wohnung liegt in einer Straße zwischen Kölnstraße und Römerstraße, sodass Innenstadt und Altstadt schnell erreichbar sind.
EInkaufsmöglichkeiten (Rewe, Aldi, Netto) sind gut zu Fuß erreichbar, ebenso die Bahnlinien 61, 62, 65 und 66 sowie einige Buslinien.
Ich habe gerne in der Wohnung gelebt, verlasse Bonn aber, weil mein Studium endet.
Gerne möchte ich dem Nachmieter meinen Kühlschrank überlassen und nach Absprache und Bedarf auch ein Küchenregal.
Herd und Spüle werden vom Vermieter gestellt.
Nach Absprache könnte ich die Wohnung auch schon ab Mitte des Monats Juni abgeben.
