Da ich für sechs Monate ins Ausland gehe, möchte ich mein Apartment möbliert und möglichst mit allem "Zubehör" (Kaffeemaschine, Staubsauger, Geschirr etc.) zwischenvermieten.
Die Wohnung hat ca. 24 m2, ist sehr hell (2 große Fenster), hat hohe Decken und liegt im 1. Stock eines Altbaus im Bonner Stadtzentrum. Es gibt eine kleine Küchenzeile und ein eigenes Tageslichtbad mit Dusche. Die Wohnung ist komplett möbliert (Hochbett, Sofa, zwei Kommoden, Schreibtisch und Lesesessel).
Die Wohnung liegt im Stadtzentrum fast in der Fußgängerzone. In einer Minute ist man zu Fuß am Münsterplatz, in zwei Minuten am Hauptbahnhof; eine Straßenbahnhaltestelle gibt es direkt in der Parallelstraße.
SONSTIGES:
Zwischenmieter/in: bevorzugt weiblich, ordentlich und Nichtraucher/in.
Ein DSL-Anschluss ist installiert und in dem Mietpreis enthalten; ein Festnetztelefon gibt es auch, aber keine Telefonflatrate.
Es gibt keine Waschmaschine im Haus, aber mehrere Waschsalons sind zu Fuß zu erreichen.
