Eine kleine helle 1-Zimmerwohnung direkt an Kennedy Brücke. Perfekt für Studenten oder Jobanfänger. Südliche Seite mit einem ziemlich großen Balkon. Trotz der zentralen Lage finde ich es hier ruhig und angenehm.
Diele verfügt über Abstellraum (ich nutze als Schrank).
Waschmaschine und Trockmaschine sind im Keller (Waschgang 50Cent/35 min).
Miete inkl. allen Nebenkosten beträgt 388€. Darauf kommt noch Strom. Letztes Jahr habe ich dafür 57€ pro Monat bezahlt, wobei die Heizung bei mir fast immer voll aufgedreht war. Also man kann auch auf geringere Beträge kommen, wenn man mehr sparsam ist.
