Hi,
This room is available for a small duration from 01.09 to 01.11. 2017. It is ~7 mins on foot to Bertha-von-Suttner Platz from where one can take bus/tram/metro to pretty much anywhere within Bonn. Besides, the Rhine is only a couple of minutes walk away.
Coming back to the apartment, it is a fully furnished apartment with a double bed, IKEA L-shaped sofa, study tables and chairs (and a bean bag). The kitchen and the toilet are separate from the room. There is also a big closet to hang your clothes in and storage space in the basement. The kitchen is equipped with fridge, hot plates and a bake oven. There are two washing machines and a dryer in the basement where one can wash clothes for 50 cents/hour.
About me : I am a PhD student in Uni Bonn. I am and will reside in Bonn during the months I rent out. I have rarely being living at the apartment over the last few months and hence I have decided to rent it out. I would expect the person living to take proper care of the apartment. The contract, under no circumstances, will be extended beyond the specified date of 01.11.2015.
< 10 mins to public transport (Bus/Tram/Metro)
< 5 mins walk to Turkish/Asian shops/Barbers/Euro Store
< 15 mins walk to Bonn City Center
The neighborhood includes a Tankstelle, 24 hour open Mc Donalds, Woki Kino, multiple Turkish restaurants, Subways, Thai restaurant, ATMs, TK and SWB offices etc etc. It is pretty much 10 mins walk to everything.

The apartment does come with a 100 Mbits Unitymedia Internet connection but due to recent changes in streaming policy in the EU, I am unwilling to share the internet connection.
