Hi,
da ich beruflich dauerhaft ins Ausland gehe, ist die helle, ruhige und äußerst praktisch gelegene ein Zimmer Wohnung ab vom 13.01.2020 bis 31.03.2020 verfügbar. Option auf dauerhaften Mietvertrag besteht!

Die Wohnung ist möbliert und verfügt über ein Bett, Kleiderschrank, Side-Board / Schreibtisch-Konstruktion und eine kleine Küche.
In den Nebenkosten ist daher eine Möblierungspauschale sowie die Heiz- und Wasserkosten und Internet (25mbit) enthalten. Gerne kannst Du mir das Schlaf-Sofa (IKEA Askeby, erst im Februar gekauft) für 50 Euro abkaufen (keine Notwendigkeit).

Die Wohnung wird über Vermietung4U GmbH vermietet. Sie gehört zu dem Wohnheim Kesselgasse 2. Um als Mieter qualifiziert zu sein wird ein Einkommensnachweis benötigt (falls Du Student sein solltest reicht ein Einkommensnachweis deiner Eltern). Since I permanently move abroad for work, this bright, quiet and extremely convenient one bedroom apartment is available from 13.01.2020 until 31.03.2020. Option for permanent rental contract is available.

The apartment is furnished and has a bed, wardrobe, side-board / desk and a small kitchen. The additional costs therefore include a furnishing flat rate as well as heating and water costs and internet (25mbit). You are welcome to buy my sleeping sofa (IKEA Askeby, bought only in February) for 50 euros (not mandatory).

The apartment is rented by Vermietung4U GmbH. It belongs to the dorm Kesselgasse 2. In order to qualify as a tenant a proof of income is needed (if you should be a student proof of income of your parents is sufficient). The warm rent must not exceed 1/3 of the net income.
