Wohnung für Ingenieurstudentin ab 01.04.2024

Hallo,

Ich bin Gaia, eine 27-jährige Ingenieurstudentin an der Universität Bonn.

Ich bin auf der Suche nach einem Studio-Apartment (aber offen für andere Möglichkeiten), beginnend im April 2024, für ein paar Monate oder länger.

Mein Budget beträgt 500/600€ pro Monat.

Was die Lage angeht, ist alles möglich, solange es eine Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel gibt.

Ich suche eine möblierte Wohnung, oder zumindest eine möblierte Küche (ein Tisch und zwei Stühle wären auch schön).

Ich bin eine saubere, ruhige und unkomplizierte Person, und ich bin für eine ruhige Wohnung suchen, wo ich nach Hause kommen kann, um nach der Arbeit den ganzen Tag. Ich liebe es zu kochen, die Natur, Pflanzen, und Filme. Ich kann Referenzen von früheren Vermietern vorlegen, falls es nötig sein sollte.

Eine SCHUFA (solicitar ahora) kann ich nicht vorlegen, weil ich kein deutsches Bankkonto habe, aber ich kann einen Zahlungsnachweis für meine bisherigen Wohnungen und einen Nachweis über die elterliche Unterstützung vorlegen.

Mein Deutsch ist im Moment nicht sehr gut, aber ich kann es schaffen, mich schriftlich zu verständigen. Ich spreche auch: Englisch, Italienisch, Spanisch. Sie können mich entweder direkt hier, per E-Mail oder per SMS kontaktieren.

For what concerns the location, anything goes, as long as there is access to public transportation.

I am looking for a furnished apartment, or, at least, a furnished kitchen (a table and two chairs might be nice too).

I am a clean, quiet and easy-going person, and I am looking for a quiet apartment, where I can come home to after working all day. I love to cook, the outdoors, plants, and movies. I can provide references from previous landlords, should the need arise.

I can't provide a SCHUFA (solicitar ahora) because I don't have a german bank account, but I can provide proof of payment for my past apartments, and proof of parental sponsorship.
