Ich möchte gerne meine 1-Zimmer Wohnung in der Bonner Nordstadt untervermieten.
Die Wohnung liegt in einem sehr ruhigen Mehrfamilienhaus mit Balkon zur Südseite. Die Wohnung wird komplett möbliert vermietet, du musst nur deinen Reisekoffer mitbringen. In einem großzügigen Wanschrank im Flur und im Keller bietet sich ausreichend zusätzlicher Stauraum und eine Waschküche mit eigener Maschine. In der Tiefgarage können Fahrräder abgestellt werden, ein Parkplatz gehört aber nicht zur Wohnung.

I would like to sublet my 1-bedroom apartment in Bonn Nordstadt.
The apartment is located in a very quiet apartment building with balcony towards the south. The apartment is rented fully furnished, you only need to bring your suitcase. In the basement there is enough additional storage space and a laundry room with its own machine. Bicycles can be parked in the underground garage, but a parking space does not belong to the apartment.
Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr zentral. Bis zu den bekannten Cafés und Bars der Altstadt wie auch zum Rhein sind es lediglich 10 Laufminuten. Die nächste Straßenbahn ist Rosental und ca. 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Dort finden sich auch ein Aldi und ein paar Meter weiter ein REWE.

The location of the apartment is very central. To the cafes and bars of the old town as well as to the Rhine River it is only 10 minutes walk. The nearest tram is at Rosental and about 5 minutes walk away. There you will also find an Aldi and a few meters further a REWE supermarket.
Die Wohnung kann auch kürzer angemietet werden. Ich würde die Anteile wochenweise berechnen = 160€ pro Woche warm. Die Wohnung kann nur an Einzelpersonen vermietet werden.
