Hallo Leute,
ab April fange ich ein Praktikum an und möchte meine Wohnung für 3 Monate (bis 30. Juni) zur Zwischenmiete vergeben. Die 1-Zimmer-Wohnung mit Petriküche und Bad, ist zu Fuß lockere 6-7 Minuten von der Uni entfernt. Sie ist quadratisch ausgelegt, beinhaltet keinen Kellerraum für Fahrräder oder Sonstiges und als Nachbarn hat man nur Studenten im Haus.
Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es eher wenig, dafür ist aber die Straßenbahn (führt in 5 Min. direkt in die Stadt) direkt davor und auch die Bushaltestelle am Ring (Haltestelle Gliesmaroder Str.; 10 Min. bis zum Hauptbahnhof) nur 1 Minute entfernt! Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es durch das Netto um die Ecke und auch für ein warmes Abendessen kann ab und zu die Döner-Bude gegenüber oder das Croque-Geschäft sorgen.
Die Gesamtkosten pro Monat (+Internet und allem) belaufen sich auf ca. 315€.
Ich würde meine Klamotten, Matratze und sonstige Sachen rausnehmen für die Zeit. Bett ist gemacht für Matratze 140x200cm.
Bitte keine Fragen, ob ich "die Wohnung auch nur 2 Monate untervermieten würde" :)
