da ich aus meiner wohnung bald ausziehe suche ich einen nachmieter.
die wohnung liegt mega zentral und auch uni-nah. penny ist 2 min entfernt und das schloss ca. 7 min.
die nachbarn sind auch alle ok, also wenn mal gefeiert wird, giebts keinen stress und sonst hab ich meine wohnung auch sehr gemocht :)
Finde dass es ne ideale studentenwohnung ist.
so mal was zur ausstattung und den kosten:
sie besteht aus einem grossen zimmer ca. 27 qm, flur mit pantrykueche und bad mit dusche.
330 euro warm = 240 kaltmiete + betriebskosten 65 und heizkosten 25 euro
kaution sind 3 nettokaltmieten, also 720 euro
von der ausstattung her, koennt ihr entscheiden ob ihr was uebernehmen moechtet. auf jeden fall bleibt die waschmaschiene drin !!!
internet koennt ihr auch gerne uebernehmen, falls ihr interesse habt :)
