The appartment is at the 1st floor of a 6 floors building. But there is no big building in front, then the sunlight will easily light up the living room.
It is composed of a large living room in L-shape and a small room, just enough to put a big bed and a bedside table.
The kitchen is functional and equipped with the oven and the fridge.
There are 2 big wardrobes located at the entrance, that are very handy.
There is also a small balcony, oriented west.
The washmachine is shared and is located at the 6th floor.
Die Wohnung liegt im beliebten Stadtteil Alte-Neustadt.
In der Nähe finden Sie alles, was Sie brauchen. Einige Supermärkte (ALDI, REWE, Penny, Rossman) sind in unter 10 min zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Kleine Weser ist sehr nah und der Park Neustadtswallanlagen-Leibnizplatz liegt auch gleich um die Ecke. Es ist also ziemlich grün hier, was großartig ist zum spazieren oder joggen.
Das Stadtzentrum ist auch sehr leicht zu erreichen. Die Domsheide, als zentraler Umsteigeplatz ist nur 10 Gehminuten entfernt.
Die Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr ist hervorragend (Straßenbahnlinien 4, 6, 8). Somit erreichen Sie den Haupftbanhof in 15 Minuten und den Flughafen in 10 Minuten.

The flat is located in the popular district of Alte-Neustadt.
You will find basically everything you need nearby. Few supermarkets (ALDI, REWE, PENNY, Rossmann) at 5 minutes by walk. It is also quite green as the Neustadtswallanlagen-Leibnizplatz Park is around the corner.
You can also reach the city center very easily as Domsheide is just at 10 minutes by walk. The Kleine Weser is right next door which is great when the Sun decides to show up if you want to go for a walk or jogging along the river.
The access to public transport is great as well as 3 tram lines are in the vicinity (lines 4, 6, 8). Therefore, you reach the Haupftbanhof in 15 minutes and the Airport in 10 minutes.
