Die Wohnung besteht aus ca. 25m². Dazu gehören Bad und Keller. Es gibt eine Einbau Küche (Herd mit 2 Platten), ein Schrank, eine Spülle und ein kleines Balkon (Richtung Innenhof). Es Wohnen im Haus nicht nur Familien, sondern auch Auszubildende und Menschen die Arbeiten. Es ist kein Party Haus.
Im Keller befindet sich eine Waschküche (man muss Chips Kaufen) die von allen benutzt wird.
Es gibt neben den Haus ein Platz, wo man Parken kann (es ist nicht wirklich klar ob es ein Parkplatz ist, oder ob die leute da einfach parken).
Das Zimmer ist nicht Möbliert, aber ich verkaufe mein Bett, Kleiderschrank und kleines Kühlschrank (mit gefrierach) für €350.

The room is aprox. 25m². To this counts Bathroom and basement. There's cooker with two plates, a cupboard, sink and a small balcony (view is not to the street). In this house live families, auszubildende and working people. It's not a party house.
Next to the house are parking spaces, but I'm not 100% sure if these are actually for parking.
The house is not furnished, but I'm selling my bed, wardrobe and small fridge (with freezer) for €350.
Die Wonung befindet sich in einer Zentralen Lage. Die Haltestellen "Theater am Leibnizplatz" und "Wilhelm-Kaisen-Brücke" sind 3-4Min. entfernt und die Haltestelle "Domsheide" 8Min. zu Fuß enternt. Man hat also eine gute Verbindung mit so gut wie alle Linien und man ist 10Min. von der Hochschule enternt.
Es gibt ausreichende Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Rewe, Aldi, Penny, Kiosks ohne ende, etc.). Diese sind alle max 5min zu Fuß entfernt. Außerdem gibt es mehrere Restaurants/Bistros (Dönner, Burrito, etc.) in der nähe.
Der Viertel (Sielwal) liegt 30min. zu Fuß, entlang des Deiches, oder 10min mit der Bahn entfernt.

Die Miete Beträgt €320, aber dazu kommen noch Internet (€30) und SWB (€30) kosten (ca. €380).
Was will ich hören: das du meine Möbel abkaufst
was will die Hausverwaltung wissen: das du genug Geld für die Miete hast und das du wenigstens für 6 Monate hier wohnen wirst.
