Single room available for a student at THE FIZZ starting 01.10.22, available through 30.09.23. If you would like to stay only part of this time, this is possible. You just have to find someone to take over the lease, with a minimum of 6 months remaining. So this is great if you are looking for a one-year lease or for just one semester!
The apartment has a private kitchen with a sink, stove, microwave, and refrigerator with a freezer. The private bathroom has a shower. The apartment has furniture, including a bed, large table, desk, chair, mirror, wardrobe, and bookshelf.
Bikes and cars can be parked in the garage under the building. You can also use common appliances like a vacuum cleaner and iron/ironing board at any time.
There is a clothes washing facility in the building, and there are common rooms for hanging out with others.
Utilities like water, internet, and power are included in the rent each month.
Right across the street is a bakery, ALDI, bank, and of course the Uni-Bremen.
There is a bus stop for multiple busses right outside the front door, and the tram #6 stop is right across the street. The tram #6 travels directly to the Bremen airport. All of the busses and the tram can reach the Bremen city centre and main train station in just 10 minutes.
Post and packages are collected at the front office and individual mailboxes.
