Meine schoene 1- Zimmer- Wohnung am Buntentor wird Anfang Juli bis Ende September frei.
Die Wohnung ist komplett mobiliert: 1 Bett, 1 Couch, 2 Tische, 4 Stuehle, ein Kleiderschrank.
Beim Eingang befindet sich eine Kochnische. Eine Mikrowelle und ein Minibackofen sind auch in der Wohnung.
Die Miete betraegt 370€, alles inklusiv!
Wegen Einzugs/Auszugstermin koennen wir uns verstaendigen, ich suche allerdings jemanden, der die Wohnung zumindest 2 Monate vermietet.
WICHTIG: Das Zimmer ist fuer eine Person. In der Wohnung sollte es uebrigens nicht geracht werden.

Die Haltestelle Schwankhalle (linee 4) ist 2 minuten zu Fuss entfernt. Mit dem Fahrrad ist man in 10 min am Domsheide.
Die Strasse ist ziemlich ruhig, und das Zimmer ist auf dem Innenhof.
Werder See ist auch in wenigen Minuten erreichbar.
Verschiedene Einkaufmoeglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Naehe: Penny, Rewe, Rossman, mehrere Baeckereien usw.
