The house is located directly at the Lesum river, opposite to the train station & bus stop „Bahnhof Burg“. Grocery shopping is possible within walking distance. In the front, Landlords live with their 3 children and on 2nd floor are two tenants. This house has its own entrance on ground floor at back side of the main house. It is surrounded by beautiful garden where you can have your evening tea.
The apartment is completely furnished, it has a kitchenette with refrigerator, hotplates and crockery.
There is a separate bathroom and a small room for the washing machine (included).
You have the possibility to store a bicycle.
Smoking is forbidden in the apartment.
Grocery is Possible within a walking distance of 1 km.
It is 10 minutes by bus to Jacobs University and 5 minutes on foot to Bremen-Burg Railway station. Currently I am a main tenant in a flat and for six month subletting the apartment.
