da ich mein Studium schon früher beendet habe, gerne würde ich meine 1-Zimmerwohnung im City-Center zur Zwischenmiete vermieten.
Die Wohnung ist 38qm groß, möbliert, hat eine vollausgestattete Küche, Wannenbad, Flur, Balkon und Fahrradkeller. Internet, Strom, Bettwäsche, Handtücher, etc. sind auch dabei.
Sie liegt super-zentral, direkt am Marktplatz (Alex Café Glashaus). Vor der Tür fährt die Tram 6 zur Uni oder Flughafen. Auch mit dem Fahrrad ist man in 18-20 min an der Uni. 15 Meter entfernt ist ein Aldi Markt und viele andere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Karstadt, Galeria, Edeka, Perfetto, Lidl), Cafés und Bars (Schnoor, Schlachte) sind auch in der Nähe.
Die Wohnung wird am 25.06.2015 bis 30.09.2015 frei und kostet 500 Euro/Monat warm, inkl. Strom & Internet. Man könnte sie theoretisch ab Oktober auch übernehmen.
