Hello, I am sadly leaving Bremen at the end of June, so I am searching for someone to take over my contract at The Fizz Apartments. The apartment is a studio flat, with a kitchen area (micro-grill, hob, sink), a single bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. Renting an apartment at The Fizz also ensures usage of the communal kitchen, which has two ovens. There is also a Sky TV connection in the apartment, as well as a TV common room and a study area common room. There is a laundry room available to use for a small fee per wash. All apartments have their own front doors, and there is a buzzer system to let people in the building. There are also plenty of security cameras.
From the Fizz, it takes about 6 Minutes to reach the main buildings of the University. Opposite the Fizz, there is a tram stop where you can catch the 6/6E tram to the city center and airport, and also a bus stop where you can catch the 21, 22, 28, 31 and 630 buses.
Within the same building as the Fizz there is also a shop called The Fizz To Go. Here you can purchase lots of things including hot and cold food, toiletries and snacks.
