Ich suche einen Nachmieter/ Nachmieterin für meine 1-Zimmer-Wohnung bei The FIZZ ab 01.03.2024 (Mindesmietezeit ist 6 Monate, bis zum 30.09.2024.
Die Wohnung liegt auf der 3. Etage und ist durch einen großen Fenster gut durchleuchtet. Vor 2 Monaten war die Wohnung bzw. der Küche renoviert, sodass du mehr Arbeitsplatz hast. Die Fotos habe ich selber aufgenommen, weil die Bilder auf der Website noch nicht aktualisiert sind.
Bett: 90 x 200 cm
Zwei Tische (habe ich neu wegen der Renovierung bekommen, siehe Foto)
Küche mit Induktionsherd und Mikrowelle. Keine Geschirrspülmaschine und Ofen, diese kannst du in Common-Room finden.
Waschmaschinenmitbenutzung mit der App Appwash (jedes Mal kostet 2 Euro)
Außerdem hast du auch die Möglichkeit dein Auto oder deinen Fahrrad in dem Tiefgaragenplatz zu parken und hier gibt es auch ein Abstellraum.
Semester Stay 6-9 months the monthly rent will be 792€, deposit 1.815€ & admission fee 249€.
Full Year Stay: 10-23 months the monthly rent will be 752€, deposit 1.695€ & admission fee 99€.

Looking for a new tenant for my Apartment at THE FIZZ starting from 1st March 2024 with minimum period of stay of 6 Months (until 30th September 2024).
The apartment is on the third floor with enough sun light through the big windows, it's recently renovated with the focus of renovation being the kitchen and the workplace. Therefore the new photos of the kitchen and workplace (it's my own photos, the ones on the official website are old ones).
What you get:
90 x 200 cm Bed
Two new desks from the renovation (look at the photos)
Kitchen set with microwave included. Oven and dishwasher are in the common room.
Washing machines (use AppWash)
Underground parking lot for those who own cars and bikes.
Storage space is underground too.

Sie befindet sich direkt gegenüber der Haltestelle Uni-Süd und damit kannst du schnell die Innenstadt mit S-Bahn Linie 6 innerhalb 20 Min. erreichen.
Als Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es Aldi (5 Min. zu Fuß) und Lestra (ca. 15 Min. mit dem Bus, die Haltestelle befindet sich direkt vor der Tür des Gebäudes A).

Located across from the tram stop Uni-Süd and you can reach the city center with the Tram No.6 within 20 Minutes.
For daily necessities there's a supermarket Aldi (5 Minutes walking distance) and Lestra (a bit further away, but still 15 Minutes when you ride the Bus, the bus stop is directly in front of the Building A door).
Gute WLAN-Verbindung. Bis dahin habe ich problemlos mit 2-3 Geräten surfen.
