I look for an interim tenant of my studio-appartment in Bremen-Horn. You just need to be a tidy person and a non-smoker.
The appartment is in the on-campus student dorm, but you will not need to share anything except the washer! Please note that pets are not permitted by the dorm authorities.
When? - August 01 to October 01
What? - studio-appartment, ready-furnished!, with bathroom and kitchen unit, internet and TV access
How much? - 226 Euros per month + 400 deposit, no additional costs!

- fully furnished: bed+mattress, table, 2 chairs, 1 shelf, 1 wardrobe
- bathroom: toilet, shower, washbasin
- kitchen unit: 2 cookers, fridge & freezer compartment, sink
- internet and TV access included, international TV stations available (e.g., English-,French-,Spanish-, Chinese-, Russian-, Turkish- or Arab-speaking stations)
- washer: common washers
About the location:
The dormitory is situated on-campus which means:
- green and calm environment
- 10 min. walk to the Buergerpark and a nearby lake for bathing
- several bus lines and tram no. 6 at your reach
- supermarkets and bakeries easy to reach
- on weekdays the university´s canteen offers cheap meals
- tram/bus to the main station: 15/10 minutes
- night bus service: all night during Friday and Saturday night (N3)
- nearby stops: "Universitaet Zentralbereich" and "Universitaet NW/1"
