ich suche einen Nachmieter ab dem 01.04. für die schöne 1-Zimmer Wohnung im Technologiepark direkt an der Universität. Die Wohnung ist daher perfekt für Studenten geeignet aber auch für Arbeitnehmer!
In der Warmmiete ist bereits alles enthalten: Betriebskosten, Heiz- und Wasserkosten, Strom, Internet und Kabelfernsehen.
Zur Ausstattung der Wohnung gehört folgendes:

- Großer Kleiderschrank
- Einbauküche
- Stuhl
- Kleiner Schubladenschrank

Außerdem gehört ein eigenes, modernes und großes Bad dazu mit ebenerdiger Dusche.

I'm looking for someone to take over my fully furnished 1-room apartment from 01.04. It's located next to the university, so perfectly suited for students but also for employees.
The rental fee is all inlusive: Running costs, heating and water costs, electricity, internet and cable TV.
The following is included:
- bed
- big desk
- commode
- big closet
- kitchen
- chair
- small drawer cabinet
- mirror
- roller blind
The bathroom is modern and big with a walk-in shower.
There's a sports room you can use for free and washing machines for 2€. There is also a big terrace and a green area.
Die Lage ist in insbesondere für Studenten sehr interessant. Die Verkehrsanbindung ist sehr gut:
- Straßenbahnlinie 6 und Buslinie 21 (5 Minuten zu Fuß)
- Buslinie 22 (2 Minuten zu Fuß)
und weitere Linien in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Die Parkplatzlage ist meistens gut, je nach Uhrzeit.
Desweiteren besteht die Möglichkeit, einen Tiefgaragenstellplatz hinzuzubuchen (Kosten liegen bei ca. 40 Euro/Monat). Es gibt auch einen Farradkeller.
